Expand API to include Managed AV

This access is important to us as well so we can integrate with automation to allow for some of our custom scripting in our RMM to repair Windows Defender on the fly. Otherwise, we have techs regularly needing to log in to check the status of AV. On 3k+ installations, that is tedious. It would be better to know the AV status and allow us to create "bulk" AV repair tickets if the automation we apply based on the AV health doesn't resolve the issues after say 12 hours.

I went to try to utilize the Huntress API for Managed AV and was also disappointed to see it wasn't included yet. Would love to have this to expanding and centralize our monitoring!

Some datapoints I would like to see make it into the API release:
Status, Health Substatus, and Policy Status
Last Scan, Last Signature Update, and Last Seen (Maybe redundant if this is the same value as the agent)
Last Detection or List of Detections with corresponding times
