We are selling EDR to our clients with a minimum quantity.

If we are syncing the actual quantity of EDR agents daily or monthly using the new BETA billing module (which works great by the way), and the value goes below the set quantity we agreed with our client, we would then be billing less than we should.

I don’t know of any way in Autotask where we can re-write the quantity back to the minimum we need to bill, so do you think it’s a possibility at the mapping stage in Huntress, you could add a tick box with field we fill in a minimum quantity value, to say never sync less than this number (even if the quantity of agents in their account has gone below that figure)?
