This will absolutely happen. Multi-tenancy for is already built into the underlying data and permissions models—just not represented in the UI. I'll hassle the team to chime in on this as soon as they start building.

Yes please. Having to export and manipulate a CSV is a little inconvenient.

I agree there should be an ability to manage approvals per org and not just globally.

I agree here, we have clients that will have their own tools as well. I would not want to allow a tool only in use at one client across all clients.
