Ability to decline managed phishing scenarios if not applicable to learners

A Canadian partner pointed out that some of our phishing scenarios are too easily identifiable because some of the content isn't relevant to Canadian citizens > Venmo or since the Canadian election has already passed, this scenario will not be relevant for several years. Ideally, more content with Canadian learners in mind.
They want the ability to have the managed phishing & learning be scoped to country specific content and to be able to opt out of some campaigns/assignments if the content is not relevant to their customer base: i.e. - google auth to a M365 only shop. The want to be able to opt out of certain scenarios without unenrolling from Managed phishing on a month-to-month basis.

In addition, it would be nice to chose alternatives at least. Also Belgian/Dutch content for instance. If you pick an alternative as managed phishing, the template you pick, it should get a counter or mark next to it, so you still know that you used it within a particular customer.
