Hate the resolved notifications period. Why do we need emails telling us we just took an action in the dashboard? Need to be able to turn off resolution notifications for incidents and escalations. They are noisy and add no value as we're in the dashboard resolving them ourselves, then get an email telling us we resolved it.

hi guys. i've also found this over the past few day - check your email integration, double check if the mailbox you are using for tickets (assuming that's your setup) is mentioned under Escalations. i've disabled that and it seems it's now working as intended. tickets are still coming through via the PSA integration.

Currently, all Huntress emails create ITSM tickets. After we remediate and close the ticket, the “resolved” email creates a new, unnecessary ticket.
