Isolation SplashScreen

Would love to pop a SplashScreen for the end user when host isolation triggers. Make it brandable to the MSP.
"Your machine has experienced a cybersecurity issue and has been isolated from the network. Please call {MSP} @ xxx-xxx-xxxx
This would give the end user information to inform us on, as they will be calling us because they can't access something.

This feature is now available! When a host is isolated through Huntress, the active user on that host will see a notification letting them know they have been isolated from the network and that they need to contact their IT administrator.

James O'Leary: Can we customize this screen at all so we can provide our contact details, logo, or any other information or is this a static message?

James Stull: It can not be customized at this time, but we will consider this functionality in a future enhancement

Might be the only part of Huntress I am not impressed with!

This would be great - i think if it's at the point where the system is isolated for protection then something persistent and basically disabling the functionality of the workstation would be best.
If there's something like cryptolocker trying to run, then any work they do and save is likely to be lost anyway..

This is huge - changes the experience from "Hey IT why isn't my computer working" to "thank you not letting my mistake spread throughout the company"

#4 persistent, especially if we can adjust wording to tell them to call us and list our support number.

We are doing some discovery work on a feature like this. I am interested in your all's thoughts on the style of notification:
- Persistent pop-up notification. Can be dismissed by users but will re-appear every time the agent checks back in
- Non-persistent pop-up notification. Can be dismissed permanently.
- Desktop wallpaper change to indicate a host is isolated
- Combination of wall paper change + pop-up (persistent or not persistent)

Patrick Sofo [Security Product Manager]: I like option 4 ( can we make persistent or non-persistent a choice?)

Patrick Sofo [Security Product Manager]: #4 all the way

Patrick Sofo [Security Product Manager]: Persistent pop-up with an option to prevent it from being dismissed, please.

Patrick Sofo [Security Product Manager]: I would make the Wallpaper change optional. We have public venues that have software that manages the wallpaper for marketing and KIOSK operations changing the wallpaper could break that functionality

In addition to making it brand-able to the MSP, I would request the message content be customizable at the Org level

That’s a huge need!
