Please give admins the ability to unsubscribe from "[Huntress] Unresponsive Agents Uninstalled" emails

There needs to be an option for granular control of email notifications to admins in Huntress. Specifically, there needs to be an option to stop the "[Huntress] Unresponsive Agents Uninstalled" notification emails that go out to all admins.

I'd also really like the ability for non-admins to Subscribe. Our ticket system needs these emails more than admins do.
