Raise Tickets in PSA for Unhealthy Managed Antivirus

Managed Antivirus on the endpoint is being monitored by Huntress and surfaced in the dashboards. Unfortunately we can't live in the Huntress dashboard, but we do live in our PSA and will visit the Huntress dashboard if tickets are raised for actionable items.
Please add the ability to create tickets for Managed defender unhealthy devices to ensure they're surfaced for resolution by our support teams as tickets.

No longer an issue for me as I've built this into our RMM to monitor defender defition ages, create a ticket and remediate automatically.
Unfortunately It seems I was chasing ghosts as I was working on the issue where Huntress is reporting defender definitions as out of date. Upon further investigation it seems Huntress isn't auditing the definitions age regularly enough and is actually misreporting healthy devices as unhealthy.
