I have a client laptop that is reporting as "Unhealthy" with reason "other AV".

The other AntiVirus has been uninstalled and the machine rebooted 3 times. Windows shows that Defender is running and is handling the AntiVirus. It has been 24 hours. Huntress still says "Unhealthy" with reason "other AV".
