Request Callback has been a thing for EDR for a few months, but ITDR is missing this feature. Generally, ITDR incidents are by the book, but when they are not it's critical that we can stop adversaries before data, reputation, or financial losses occur.

Additionally, any new services you offer need to include callback (or call in) for critical incidents.

Please add ITDR callback support ASAP.
