I would like the ability to have email escalations set at the organization level rather than just the account level. This would ensure that subtenant administrators receive necessary notifications directly, improving communication and response times.

This would be huge! I have several clients that would like to receive alerts. I've had to create Exchange rules that BCC them on Huntress escalation emails sent to me and contain their org name in the body of the email.

We absolutely need this! Being able to set what sources you want the alerts for is needed as well. I dont need to see that PC's arent reporting. Servers and Infrastructure devices I do.

I concur. As more organizations with internal IT leverage MSPs for stack management, this is a feature that is greatly needed.
