I would really like it if there was one report that I can pull on the assignments where it shows a complete report with their reporting managers. I am manually compiling this info into excel with a formula from the learners tab that compares to the assignment tab. If a match then I pull their Manager from there. We use this report to our executive to determine compliance. I am also trying to compile their compliance over a multiple month period. i.e. I want to show learners that have failed to complete for the previous number of months.
