Having all alerts go to a single phone number 24/7 is not really a practical solution. Ideally, we would want to enable alerts for critical incidents to go to our on-call out of hours number during a set time period and at weekends, otherwise incidents might not be picked up until business hours.

Yes, great suggestion Steven. We could also utilise something like this ourselves. Additionally, being able to further define which types of critical alerts are sent via text message would be useful. For instance, device isolations as opposed to Microsoft 365 identities being blocked. The former would be something our out of hours team would need to deal with, but we wouldn't necessarily want the entire team receiving a text for "any" critical alert.
