When creating a tickets, the incident report contains these lines "Given the existence of this file, we recommend that your users receive training on the risks of insecure password storage:

Recommending a SAT is a perfectly valid thing to do but we picked another SAT product included as part of our MSP package. Since the incident report shows on the ticket, the customer will read it and ask questions. It should not include specific products.
