We're using 3/4 of the "Huntress Stack", it would be really appreciated if there is some kind of "loyality program" or reward system for customers commited to you as vendor :)

Currently when logging in the user is presented an email field, and a button that says sign in with SSO If the user fills in their email, then hits this SSO button, they are redirected to another email field where they have to fill this in again and hit another button. Allowing the email value from the previous box to carry over would be awesome and remove the additional button click(s). Ideally filling in your email and selecting SSO on the first screen should take you directly to your SSO provider!

Org level admin - respond to escalations - my client knows best where their users should be or shouldn't be - I would like them to be able to respond to the escalations - and select the Unauthroised / authorised

Examples of different roles that would aid in "least privileges" to comply with audits: Sales & Billing roles, master Account Admin, tech admins that can work on client administration, etc.

We would like to give certain customer user accounts the ability to respond to incidents and escalations at a sub-account or organization level. Currently, admins can only view but cannot respond. This feature would be beneficial for our customers who have their own internal IT teams capable of handling incident responses.

Adding the ability to purchase SAT, SIEM and ITDR directly from the Huntress portal

It would be useful to get alerts when changes are made to administrator accounts or administrator roles are assigned. Specific examples: -Any administrator account password changes or is reset -Any administrator account authentication method changes or resets -Any administrator account has sign-in blocked or existing block is removed -Any administrator role added to or removed from an account -Emergency administrator (break-glass) signs in or failed sign-in -Conditional access policy changes that apply to administrator accounts

We would like to see EU customer data that is collected for the Huntress platform stored in a EU Data Centre: Simplifies compliance & reduces regulatory risk. Legal risk is low. Many EU end customers demand EU data residency, especially in specific sectors like healthcare, finance, government and education. Alignment with NIS2 compliance

I find the current rules based on overall and Org level too broad, and individual rules too specific. Introducing rules based on domain suffixes would provide a more balanced and effective approach for managing access.

Our client has requested that the expiration date on the magic links we send them be extended from one week to one month. This would allow them more flexibility in accessing the training materials without the need to request new links frequently.
