As a partner delivering Huntress services, it would be extremely valuable to have the ability to create demo organizations in a dedicated trial mode.
The idea would be to allow partners to provision temporary tenants that:
  • Are not billed while in demo mode
  • Are limited to a small number of endpoints (e.g., 5–10) and/or identities
  • Have a defined expiration period (e.g., 15–30 days)
  • Can be automatically converted to paid tenants if the customer proceeds
  • Are automatically deleted (or easily removable) if the trial is not converted
This would significantly improve the sales process by allowing partners to:
  • Provide hands-on trials to customers
  • Demonstrate real detections and value in their own environments
  • Reduce friction in decision-making
  • Accelerate conversions from evaluation to production
Currently, running evaluations requires manual handling and may incur costs even for short demos, which makes it harder to offer frictionless trials.
