We can create an escalation resolution that adds a expected country rule for a user or organisation level using the API - however we would like to be able to create these country rules proactively, before a user travels, instead of in response to an escalation.

This is possible in the GUI, see attached, but I don't think its possible with the current API.

We would like this please.
