Awesome feature! However, when managing a customer that has a contract on a specific customer and then sub companies with devices i cannot sync the service to the correct contract, can this added as a Feature?

I just want to mention that it's important that the integration can also look at service bundles to see if Huntress has been included. We've built our own script to import these changes, but we'd obviously like to switch to an official integration.

We invoice our Autotask contracts at the end of the month. The problem is that Autotask then only calculates the proportionate purchase and sales price in the customer contract. It would be useful if you could set in the sync on which day the contract should be adjusted in Autotask - in our case it should always be the 1st of the month, even if the license is added later because we always charge the full amount. This is not possible in Autotask itself, I have already clarified this with their support

We would love this feature as we're looking to move to Huntress MDR from a similar product that already has this integration.

I agree with all the previous comments. When selecting solutions, I give preference to products that can automate billing.
