I am concerned about the current ticketing and alerting system for the DfB integration. It seems that low-level events, such as the one I encountered, are not being escalated properly. I would appreciate a more robust system that ensures all significant events are reviewed and escalated appropriately. This would help us rely more on the Huntress DfB integration for monitoring and responding to potential threats.
