Michael Vincent while fixing this can you fix the subject lines please - either let me configure them with variables or make them at least always include the Org name.

John Hardwick We will be updating the subject of emails to have more information to enable easier parsing. I estimate that change will be GA by April. We will be adding the product name such as ITDR, EDR, etc to the subject. We will also be adding organization where applicable. Currently only Incident Reports have the organization name in the subject.
We are not currently planning to enable granular control to disable specific messages.

Granular control over email notifications such as disabling comment updates would be great. we need to be able to keep documentation in each incident but don't need an email of every time a tech does so.

Customizable Escalation Notifications
J

There is a need for more control over escalation notifications. Specifically, the ability to select which types of escalations trigger alerts would be helpful. This customization would allow us to avoid unnecessary notifications, such as those related to certain usage locations, and focus on the most relevant alerts.

+1 for this. We like to parse out notifications with automation to make sure the notification gets to the right person/team on their helpdesk and not make more work for a general helpdesk to need to sort. We would love to see the ability to change the email address where things like Uninstalled Agent notifications and "Defender Unhealthy" notifications go to so that we can get them in front of the right people. It is also helpful if there is some information in those notifications like the client/company name so that we can parse it out to the right helpdesk.
We can work with email alerts, but webhooks would be lovely!
