We just started using Huntress, and I don't understand why this has not yet fixed.
Why can it close the ticket if it is able to open it?
And also, this should be prioritised.

This would be much appreciated, its nice having the incident ticket in our HaloPSA, but we need the same for Escalations.

I would want this as optional. If a tech works an escalation, it need to go through our normal Complete->Review->Closed process. Anything no tech touched, is great to go straight to Closed.
