PLEASE!! We just stsarted and this was one of the first things we tried to do. Setting up email forwarding is a PIA!!

Definately something we need, we have a customer that manages their own IT and despite being setup as admin's on their own tenant they have to contact us to resolve thier incidents for them. Not ideal as they do not pay for IT support with us and we have to give them engineer time to deal with an issue they should be able to fix themselves

This seems like a no brainer, we had it all set up in S1 before we left them for huntress.

Adding my voice here also. We've just migrated over to Huntress and the onsite IT team for one of our clients would like to have Low Priority incidents emailed to them also.
This is mainly in our case for the Low priority potential unsecure password storage incidents. We can't just delete the files but onsite IT will need to escalate up and tell the users to store elsewhere.
