I would love to see Huntress SAT do more for users who regularly have incomplete training episodes. Currently we find ourselves often recreating past training for customers and it is time consuming to work out which episodes users have missed which training.
For example could Huntress SAT automatically every quarter create Refresher Training assignments targeted only at the users who have not completed the last 3 months worth of training episodes
What I mean by Refresher Training:
This is the process of re-sending training to select users who have not completed their training episodes using a new learner tag and new assignment that contains the episodes users have not completed.
The way I see this could work is:
  1. Huntress SAT keeps a record on all users within each organisation that have incomplete training episodes.
  2. Once every quarter Huntress SAT creates a new Learner tag within each organisation e.g. Refresher Training Q2 2026 and automatically assigns this tag to all learners who have incomplete episodes for the past 3 months and only contains users from each individual organisation.
  3. A new draft assignment is created called Refresher Training Q2 2026
  4. The name of the assignment and learner tags would automatically be updated for each new quarter.
  5. I would have a global setting option for all customers as well as a setting within each organisation that allows me to:
1. Enable Refresher Training toggle - Auto creation of Refresher Training learner tags, auto assignment of learners to new tags, auto creation of draft Refresher Training assignments
  1. Auto Send Refresher Training toggle - A second toggle that when on will automatically launch the Refresher training each quarter and when off will create the draft Refresher training assignments but will not send them, but are ready to manually. This second toggle would only be available if the first "Enable Refresher Training" toggle is enabled.
