Identity theft for employees puts the business at risk. Employees understanding how to protect themselves and their families from identity theft is not only beneficial for the employee, but very important to the risk management of the business. Many compliance standards require identity theft training to be provided annually to employees. I would request an identity theft training video with some protection ideas, and possibly direct them to a site where they can take action.
