Phishing/Training Reports

Coming off Webroot, we have noticed that the reports are lacking in many ways. People like to see things inclusive and laid out in a nice format. The Phishing PDF is close, but still misses the mark. If it also included a breakdown of the user information it would be spot on, however, the training needs a bit more to be complete. In the attached image you can see the first page is overall about status, name, total users, schedule, what it looks like and what courses are attached, then page two is delivered, pending, not delivered, start not finished and complete and the final page is the actual user list and status of that user specific. This info is again repeated for the phishing test in the same graphic layout with the same type of information like who has looked at it, opened it, been caught etc. so the security person can see at a glance in a nice layout what each person has done and not have to get lost in a CVS. These things make it look nice and give it more punch.

Would love to see the customized template in the phishing reports. The current template is generic and don't contain the brand name or logos that we customized in the phishing emails.

In this context: I would propose to also add reporting and analysis capabilities of questions in assignments. That would allow identification and better targeting of weak areas among staff.

Good morning, Dima. We can definitely plan something like this when you are ready to start rolling on this. Thanks.

Thanks for the feedback! We're definitely planning on making improvements to the reports and setting it up as a monthly scheduled email.
Any chance you'd be open to getting on a zoom call give feedback on mock-ups when we're ready?

Dima Kumets [Product Manager - Huntress]: I would be fine with doing that. I have reports from prior Proofpoint SAT training assignments we used in QBRs you could look at. The most powerful in my opinion was the report of SAT training participation vs phishing sim clicks over time. You could see the direct correlation of training to phishing sim improvement.
