We've had customers reach out and ask "what happens" when a user in managed-phishing fails the campaign and gets compromised. It would be nice if the KB could outline in detail from the POV of the user failing and what the Campaign will do next for them. We've had to setup a test environment and fail the phishing-campaign and document manually to provide any guidance.

Dima Kumets [Product Manager - Huntress] I'd say the same; I personally prefer written content, but a video-demo could be a better customer-facing approach. If either could get linked to from within the monthly reporting, it could close the loop on the 'what happens when' Q since the monthly reporting was what causes our customers to raise the question.
