See Completed Assignments in Manager Dashboard

Our customers who have access to the Manager Dashboard would like to see two improvements:
- Keep completed assignments visible in the Manager Dashboard, under an expandable Completed Assignments section
- Within each completed assignment we would like to see which users did not complete the training.
