Export list of incidents to spreadsheet

Up-voting this because I would also like to be able to export the data in Process insights as a csv. Everything I need is already in the console, I just cannot pull it into Excel.

Joseph Kimbrell: Scratch that you are talking more Process Insights.

Thank you so much for taking the time to submit your feedback! Would you mind sharing some more details on what data you are looking for and how you would be using that information? We are currently working on a public API, but since different use cases require different methods of consuming the information, I want to understand if this effort will also meet your need.

Annie Ballew: We need quantifiable information to demonstrate to a client that the product is actively working. So just a comma-separated-values list would suffice. Any/all information that is available on the backend would be helpful. When I go to the "incidents" tab I see the following headers: "Severity State Sent Resolved Organization Agent Subject Remediations". This would be excellent to have in a .csv format. I was surprised that Huntress doesn't already have this feature, because most other services that I use allow the export of raw data through the UI.

PacketLogix Inc: Thank you for additional details! That is very helpful and we have this noted.
I know it's not the same thing, but in the meantime, we do have our co-branded reports in case that is helpful. If you navigate to Reports on the top menu bar, this generates a co-branded report that can also be sent to your clients. https://huntress.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/4404012804115-Monthly-Quarterly-Threat-Reports
