This is absolutely needed. As others have said, the lack of this feature hinders our ability to sell this to co-managed clients.

Would like to see this feature too, getting more and more requests to inform internal IT departments about incidents as they occurs.

This is critical. Some clients are provided tools and prefer to manage and triage by themselves and will escalate to the MSP or provider. I vote to give an OPTION to notify the Admin/Tech contacts. (checkbox would suffice) .This could be a deal breaker. When an incident is brewing, notifications to many are are so much better. IMHO

Yup, same, we work with several internal IT departments and they want instant notifications, not X minutes after we review and alert them.
