It would be extremely helpful to have the ability to manually resend a training invite to an individual user. We often encounter situations where users accidentally delete the original email or it ends up in their spam folder. Rather than waiting for the next scheduled weekly reminder, we’d like the option to trigger a resend immediately. Currently, there is a company-wide option to resend invites, but nothing targeted at specific users. Our only workaround is to delete and recreate the user, which is time-consuming and causes us to lose that user’s historical training completion data.
