Security Awareness Training

Currently several options don't exist to select, but often I cannot select any more filters after anywhere from 1 to 3 have been selected. The result is only a couple of recipes which are remotely useful. Recipes are also client-bound so you cannot configure for all clients. I don't believe you can trigger an email from a recipe either, which would be nice to have but not a requirement for us. Some examples which cannot currently be created from what I have seen: List of tagged users who were compromised in a given month. List of users who were compromised in a given month, but did not complete recovery training. List of users who clicked on phishing but did not report, in a given month. List of users who have outstanding training. List of tagged users who have outstanding training (optionally for a given campaign). List of users who did not complete training for 2 or more months. List of users who did not complete training and also were compromised in the same month. Users and success rate in not being phished over a certain period. Users and success rate in completing training over a certain period. Can we please get this functionality added so the reporting can give better data? Right now I need to process CSV files manually and I'm looking at this 4/5 days every week...

Some customers we deal with like to have a greater range of reporting that they can utilize.

I'm looking for a dashboard URL I can send to each client so they can view progress of their teams progress.

We have instructed users to email any email they think is phishing to the phishing@ email address provided by Huntress. However currently there is no reply if the email didn't come from a phishing campaign email. We'd like those that are not succesfull reports of a campaign based phishing email to be forwarded to our support team so we can apply some actions due to it being an actual phish attempt.

Would love to have direct message injection for the Phishing campaigns, similar to ( https://support.knowbe4.com/hc/en-us/articles/360054494394-Direct-Message-Injection-DMI-Configuration-Guide ). Also, a report phishing google chrome extension.

in the Huntress partner dashboard, we can see EDR and ITDR count for each customer on the "Organizations" page but need to drill into each customer for the seat count for Security awareness training. Or switch to curricula and get a different client list with user count.

Many insurers are requiring that users be enrolled in a service that provides general world/nation events regarding security. Would love to see something like this included in SAT. Setting to important, as the service is sometimes required by insurance. I would envision this being an email based service, where users receive a monthly list of recent events that is prettied up in an alerts. In my area of the state I am from, there is a large amount Rwandan speakers and businesses. Having support for said language would improve our ability to meet this need.

It would be incredibly useful for Curricula to automatically add Learner licenses as users are added to the platform via our identity provider. By not having an alert that we are out of licenses, it's difficult to know when users aren't being added correctly. If there was an option to allow Curricula to automatically spin up licenses as needed, that would be wonderful.

Add the ability to export a list of accounts (NOT learners) with learner counts for billing reconciliation. Add the ability to sort alphabetically the list of accounts from the account page.
